Turnaround Time
We strive to have everything stocked as best as we can so that we can ship out your orders quickly! We have a standard processing time of 1-3 business days, excluding weekends. All orders received after 5pm EST on Friday will begin their processing time the following Monday. Please note that this does not include shipping time, so make sure to place orders early if you’re needing them for an upcoming trip!
Our Mini Workshop
We’re a humble little shop with two wonderful workhorse printers: “R2” and “Tigger”, who are printing daily to build up our inventory. It generally takes two days to print three full sets of ears, but they are worth the wait! We design everything in-house from initial sketches, original calligraphy, and 3D rendering to transform our 2D work into final prints!
Speaking of printing, all of our ears are printed with PLA filament (Polyactic Acid), a biodegradable plastic made using renewable or green sources such as sugar cane, starch and corn. When heated, PLA creates and prints all of our Scripted products… well except our fabric bows & headbands. We strive to maintain color consistency between all prints and reorders of our printing supplies, however, slight color variations can occur. These could be minimal shifts in the color’s hue when compared to the photography on our website. Rest assured, our products will maintain the highest level of consistency possible.
Express Yourself
Our Scripted Ears products provide an interchangeable experience with the help of our S.N.A.P. Headband. The S.N.A.P. System simply stands for Secure Noggin Attachment Piece, because our headbands do just that: secure our ears and bows to your noggin! All of our headwear products allow you to effortlessly swap between different looks throughout your day.
How to Attach and Remove
We have some tips on how to attach and remove your Scripted Ears from your S.N.A.P. Headband. When attaching, you’ll want to hold them by the top (side without the magnets), this will keep your fingers free as the magnets attract each other and snap into place. To remove, simply tilt the 3D printed ear towards or away from you and it will easily detach from the base. Just like the challenge of lifting Thor’s hammer, please try not to pull the ear directly upwards when removing (these magnets are STRONG).
Returns & Exchanges
We do our best to ensure your order arrives Rope Drop Ready for your park going adventures. However, should you encounter issues upon delivery, please reach out within 48 hours for available options as we want to provide the best customer experience possible. It is recommended to check, double check and triple check to ensure your order is 100% correct before placing, this will enable the smoothest and speediest processing of your order. Due to the fact that our main products are headwear and that we try to print enough items as to not cause waste, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
I still haven’t received my delivery
We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can happen from time to time, for this reason we empower our customers to take control of their deliveries. To do so, we provide tracking as well as insurance coverage options for each and every delivery. Once the carrier takes possession of your order, it is best to first utilize the provided tracking before reaching out to the carrier. Should you need further assistance after contacting the carrier, don’t hesitate to reach out to us for further options. One final tip, should you not receive an order or shipping email confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder as sometimes they find their way there.
